Regilink

B2B Travel Agency System

About the Project

Regilink is a new, streamlined product designed to simplify trip registration for travel agencies. Developed by a company that offers a comprehensive travel agency system, Regilink aims to provide a quick and easy solution for creating mini-websites without extensive setup.

My role involved:

  • Information Architecture: Defining the core functionalities and organizing them into a user-friendly, three-tab interface: Trips, Forms, and Products.
  • Branding and Design System: Creating a new brand identity for Regilink, including a logo, color palette, typography, and iconography.
  • Wireframing and UI Design: Developing wireframes and high-fidelity mockups to visualize the user interface, adhering to the established design system.

Research

I conducted a competitive analysis of WeTravel, a similar product. By comparing the two platforms, I identified key similarities, differences, and opportunities for improvement. This analysis helped shape the information architecture and user flow of Regilink.

Design Process

I employed an atomic design approach to create a consistent and scalable design system:

  • Atoms Design: I defined the fundamental building blocks (atoms), such as colors, typography, and icons.
  • Molecules Design: I combined atoms to form more complex components (molecules), like buttons, input fields, and navigation bars.
  • Organisms Design: I assembled molecules into larger, self-contained components (organisms), such as forms, tables, and cards.

By following a structured design process and prioritizing user experience, I contributed to the development of a user-friendly and visually appealing product.
