About the Project
For the past three years, I have led the UX/UI design team for Cardinal Ops, a cybersecurity company. In this role, I have been instrumental in shaping the product's user experience across all stages of its lifecycle.
Cardinal Ops is a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions, founded by experts with a deep understanding of cyber threats. The company leverages advanced AI and machine learning to deliver a comprehensive platform that helps organizations proactively detect and prevent cyberattacks.
My Key Responsibilities in the Project
- Team Leadership: Managed and mentored a team of talented UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Product Strategy: Actively participated in product strategy discussions, translating business goals into user-centric design solutions.
- Design & Prototyping: overseeing the design process, creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Design System Development: Established and maintained a consistent design system across the product, ensuring brand consistency and improving design efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Worked closely with product managers, engineers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and successful product launches.
